Photography
Prior to signing the sales contract, we ask that vendors provide us with a full set of professional photography of the property (interior and exterior), its grounds and its location. In some cases we may also ask for aerial photos of the property. It is essential that we have high resolution, professional photos to work with for our brochures, our website, for the websites of our partner agents and for advertising and editorial opportunities in the British and International press. The quality of the photography plays an essential role in our marketing given that many prospective buyers study in-depth, the particulars we provide them with prior to committing to viewing the property. We are happy to make recommendations of Italian-based professional photographers.
Vendors collaborating with us under an exclusive instruction will receive a professional photo shoot as part of our service.

Our website has been designed and fully integrated to be at the forefront of online marketing, regularly resulting highly in the major search engines such as Google, yahoo and MSN. Direct Promotion & Private Clients

Pre-Purchase Checks
All of our properties are carefully selected before being listed, and are only listed if considered suitable for our clientele. Our clients may rest assured that all of our listings have gone through a rigorous checking process, which covers aspects such as ownership rights, cadastral status and planning. This is done to avoid problems in the event of a sale.
Private Client
Ever employed a personal shopper? Well now you can employ a personal property searcher. This special service is offered to those who know what they want, but may not have the time or the resources to locate it. Purchasing property can be one of life's most stressful experiences, however by appointing an advocate to act on your behalf all of the stress and time consuming details may be delegated. Casa & Country Italian Property can offer a dedicated person, who is at your disposition throughout the whole search and purchase process. Once your requirements have been communicated, your 'personal searcher' will contact you weekly via tele-conference or with a presentation of potential properties. Furthermore, if required they will make offers on your behalf, liaise with mortgage brokers, source professionals and assist with any pre-sale issues.
