Recently restored, this 13th century farmhouse has been converted into a luxurious holiday resort consisting of seven independant apartments. Located close to a small village in the hills immediately surrounding Florence, the property is able to offer the beauty and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside whilst being easily accessible to the city of Florence.

First Floor: four apartments, three of which with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and one with kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.
No expense was spared in the furnishing of the apartments. The flooring is local hand-made terracotta, the woodwork used for window and door frames are all solid chestnut and cypress wood.

This is an ancient villa dating back to the 13th century. It sits within a vast park and has a private garden furnished with tables, chairs, and a barbecue. There is a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi as well as private parking with automatic gate access. Access to the property is by a 400 meter unpaved road
This property is located within minutes of a typical small Italian village with markets, cafes, and a post office. Due to its location in the Florentine hills south of Florence, it is about a 20-minute drive into the city.
