The Resort
The resort itself provides 18 apartments for holiday rentals in 6 beautifully restored traditional Tuscan farm residences. With exposed beams, terracotta flooring and traditional materials throughout the accommodation gives a true sense of this idyllic Tuscan setting. All apartments have a bathroom for each bedroom, a fireplace, a kitchen, air conditioning and double shower units.
Guests at the resort have use of a range of facilities including the large swimming pool, tennis court, football pitch, children's play area, large parking area, reception area and bar/cafe with adjacent panoramic terrace for communal use.
Given the quality and range of facilities the resort also hosts a number of events annually such as weddings and corporate gatherings.
Further Development
There are a further two hamlets within the grounds of the estate, that have been structurally completed, but not furnished or in use. Once completed, this estate can offer approximately 80 bedrooms, for a potential capacity of 160 guests.
Further development potential is also offered with a 1000 m2 of underground space structurally completed allowing for an events venue and/or indoor swimming pool and spa.
The Farm & Land
12.5 ha of vineyard, for the most classified as Chianti. The olive grove (6.5 ha) consists of approx. 3,000 trees with the remainder of the land being arable for crops, gardens, parking and woodland (42 hectares). The estate is fitted with a tennis court, a five-a-team soccer field and three swimming pools, one in each hamlet.
