The Villa
The exclusive residence, completely renovated in 2009, overlooks the sea and coast of Cagliari, just 20 km from the capital. Electric gates open onto a large private parking area and walled grounds. Capitana is on the coastal road to Villasimius, in southern Sardinia. It is 20 km from the capital city of Cagliari, and its international airport. The spectacular beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei are in close proximity, as well as the mountains and nature reserve of the Sette Fratelli. Capitana has a marina with sailing school and various amenities. The beach of Capitana is a short walk down the hill from Villa Cecilia.
