The property is surrounded by 6 hectares of land including an olive grove and a 1.3 ha of super Tuscan IGT vineyard which is managed by a local award-winning Tuscan wine cellar to produce excellent quality wine, an infinity swimming pool measuring 11mx5m with terracotta sunbathing area and wonderful pergolas covered with wisteria on both sides of the pool area, and lastly, a pool house (30 sqm), consisting of a changing room with a storage and a bathroom.
The mature gardens boast an abundance of mediterranean flowers and herbs such as roses, lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage and many other plants that are typical of this area.
Location
Immersed in the spectacular Tuscan countryside, the property offers utmost peace and tranquility, while being only 7km away from Radda in Chianti a relatively large town that provides all the necessary services. The charming medieval hilltop town of Volpaia is within walking distance which is a tremendous advantage if one wishes to partake in the fine wine and food on offer at one of the two excellent restaurants. There is also a small bar and tabacchi. The principle Tuscan cities such as Florence and Siena are both approximately 60 minutes away. Florence airport is reachable within 1 hour 10 minutes.
