Molino di Foci is a charming boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque countryside of San Gimignano, Tuscany. The building, an old water mill, dates back to the 15th century and was renovated in 2000 and expanded in 2012, by the current owners, offering a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern luxury. The renovation has been sympathetic, keeping many original features like the wooden beams and terracotta floor tiles, whilst giving it a modern and practical feel. Although the renovation was carried out in 2000, it is evident that the property has been impeccably maintained and updated.
