The estate is located 45 minutes from Florence in an area of outstanding beauty. At the heart of the estate, in a hilltop position, reached by a quiet unpaved road, one finds a compound of charming traditional stone and brick buildings. Once the barns and working buildings of the farm, these buildings have been restored to a very high standard into holiday residences which enjoy simply breath-taking views in all directions over the rolling countryside.
In addition to a 210 m2 owner residence (with four bedrooms), winery, garages and guest reception there are 10 spacious and newly restored holiday apartments which generate income throughout the summer months (from April through until late October). The layouts of the apartments provide a range of accommodation to suit couples, families, extended groups and guests with reduced mobility and thanks to the quality of the restoration, features include terracotta flooring, oak beamed ceilings and fireplaces. Private terraces for all the ground floor apartments, manicured communal gardens, quaint courtyards, BBQs and pizza ovens and a large swimming pool (12 x 6m) provide guests with an idyllic Tuscan environment.
