The land that forms part of this Winery for sale spans approximately 22 Ha, and consists of vineyards, olive groves, arable land and forest. Thanks to the topography of the land, this wine estate benefits from an underground wine cellar that has been created following significant excavation. An underground tunnel connects the wine cellar (agricultural area) to the main villa. An access point for the tractors to arrive and deliver the grapes has been created in the hill-side to the rear. One of the main objectives of the restoration and creation of the wine cellar was to create an inter-connecting functional structure whilst minimizing the impact on the natural landscape.

The various labels of wine currently being produced have received multiple accolades and awards. The distribution and sales network is consolidated to a number of international buyers. Around 70% is exported to the US, China and North Europe.

The 22 ha of land is comprised as follows;

7 Ha producing Chianti and Chianti Riserva DOCG (Sangiovese + Merlot) which produce approximately 35,000 bottles of Chianti.

3 Ha producing IGT Tuscan which comprises the appellations Vermentino, Chardonnay, Malvasia Bianca and Merlot, which produces approximately 15.000 bottles of IGT white or Super Tuscan Merlot.

5 Ha of arable land which could be used for further vineyard growth.
